Advantage Heating and Sheet Metal re-installed heating and AC units in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner. All the workers were polite and took great care to keep the house clean. I would also like to thank for Frank and Isacs for working out some of the more complicated aspects of connecting the outside heat pump to the inside control wiring. Everything is working wonderfully.
Advantage Heating and Sheet Metal Inc. did a fantastic job replacing my non-working Trane furnace. Their team clearly knows Trane systems inside and out. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I was especially impressed that they used advanced equipment to fine-tune and optimize the new furnace for maximum efficiency. Had an AC problem and called advantage with known issue and try to get rough estimate on the quote. Spoke both to service and technician which gave me the rough estimate is $1000-1500, and said would not top $1500 for the repair. Upon arriving and diagnosing the problem. The service technician mentioned it matches with what I initially told them and they would get back to me on the final quote. Isaac and Nick were our technicians. Both of them were excellent! Very respectful of our home and time, and genuinely kind individuals. I truly appreciate that they were the ones assigned to repair our HVAC system. The system has been working well and cools our home quickly. They are a great asset to Advantage HVAC. I hope we don’t experience any further issues, but if we do, I’ll be sure to request them specifically.
Do yourself a favor and talk to Frank before you hire anyone for your HVAC needs. Frank was referred by a close friend in the trades and said he’s “The Man”. He was so right!! It is incredibly refreshing to have a professional put the needs of the customer before the dollar. I was quoted a ridiculous price for replacement of some evaporator coils by Service Champions.
