This is my first time working with this company. Reviews were right. Josh came right on time. There was a mix up address he called communicated very well. Repair was fast and Josh answered all my questions. Advantage is my new go to company.
Josh and the Advantage team were exceptional. I had worked with another HVAC company for three years to resolve a persistent AC problem. I finally called Advantage out of desperation. They listened carefully as I reviewed the work that had been done to date and came prepared to get to the bottom of the issue. Josh did a thorough diagnostic and fixed the problem.
