I have done 2 grading projects in Temecula with 2 different licensed grading companies. Advantage grading was superior in every way. If you want personal service throughout the project and great communication, Jerry is the right choice. You will get out of the box thinking like when he turned the rocks that were removed during grading into riprap, saving me quite a bit of money. As a General Contractor I hire a lot of sub contractors. By far, Advantage Grading, was one of the best. Not only would I hire them again on all my upcoming project, I would also recommend them. Communication between cost, start time / completion time, and change orders was on point and I really appreciate when people pick up there phone and or call back in a timely manner (same day). Thanks for the great service.

In addition to knowing the Temecula City, Riverside County, and State codes and requirments, they follow the golden rule. Throughout the escavation and grading, I was kept informed, with pictures of the completed steps. Grateful for Gerald Russell and the crews. First class.
Horrible nightmare experience with Advantage grading. After not adhering to the soils report, destabilizing the hillside, creating a landslide and attempting to charge for the slow repair----a lien we believe is fabricated and fraudulent was placed on our property! Be prepared for "I did not bid for that." We were billed for items that were never done. We believe they are liars. Recently I met another person who encountered surprise billing also. We feel taken Advantage of. Avoid them
