My mother found out from the service department that the engine in her car was blown and needed to be replaced. She was given the option of getting a re-furbished motor or a brand new one. My mother paid a large amount of money to have a brand new motor put in her 2011 Expedition and instead she was given a refurbished motor. At this point I'm on the verge of a lawsuit.
