Welp. Bought a transit van from here. Took it in for its first service today. Scheduled 7 AM service got out at 11:15 AM so hardly any good to schedule an appointment. I had oil, tire rotation and alignment and air filters done. They never re adjusted my air pressure after rotating my tires so I had to stop at a local tire shop about 20 miles after leaving once the low tire pressure lights came on. I purchased a Ford Blue Certified 2024 Bronco from Envision Ford of Duarte. I like the vehicle, but the post-sale experience has been extremely disappointing. The vehicle was delivered with only one key (not disclosed until after the sale), missing front floor mats, a missing owner's manual, severely underinflated tires, incorrect window open/close indexing, and a broken soft top.
