When it was Advantage Ford/Lincoln it was a great dealership. My family and I had bought at least six Lincoln and Ford vehicles and were always treated great and received great deals. Went back last week and wow has it changed. The numbers were much higher than other dealers, the salesperson was unaware of vehicle capabilities and most disturbing was they weren't listening to the customer. Great dealership experience. GM Davit is very professional and makes the purchasing process as easy as possible. Salesman Victor was also great—knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Finance Manager Leslie is very efficient and truly knows his field; he was able to secure a loan with a very attractive APR. The entire team is very responsive and accessible—you call, they answer. Worst dealership I have ever visited. Rude and disrespectful employees. The sales guy axle was nice but The manager (said he’s name was) “Alex” was the worst part of the whole experience… never been so disappointed, he was very disrespectful once we told him we weren’t taking the car.
