I have to say I have been in the business 25+ years and I don't know if this is a California dealer thing but when you advertise a price and then have a hidden "Market Adjustment" of $40k it's pretty shady. Then the experience with Richard Camacho was less than desirable. Trying to justify their business practices stating "They have never lost a legal claim", first if I was his GM and listened to the call he would not work for me. STAY AWAY!!! This company is filled with liars and fraud. They refuse to send me any receipts or paperwork after purchase. Will not answer phone calls emails or texts. Typical dealer just wants money then dump the customer

I recently bought a Ranger Raptor here. The initial experience was great. There was a mistake made (we're all human) but the general manager went out of his way to take care of me and make things right. If you're looking for a car ask for Daniel. He was a great salesperson. He even called me the next day to ask how I was enjoying my new truck. That's great customer service if you ask me!
