I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. They tried to force a $1,500 “mandatory” insurance package, which should absolutely be optional, not required. Without my consent — verbal or written — they ran my credit and caused two hard inquiries on my report. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I highly recommend going to a trusted dealership where employees are honest and transparent, because this was the exact opposite of that experience. Horrible experience, do not go here…
When it was Advantage Ford/Lincoln it was a great dealership. My family and I had bought at least six Lincoln and Ford vehicles and were always treated great and received great deals. Went back last week and wow has it changed. The numbers were much higher than other dealers, the salesperson was unaware of vehicle capabilities and most disturbing was they weren't listening to the customer.
