Typical 'sleazy' car dealership. I inquired about a 2024 Maverick. Of course I'm told "we'll beat anyone's price." I made the 2 hour drive just to see the car in person and to talk to the 'top salesman'. If you look up 'Car Selling 101', this dealership follows it to a tee. Here's how it went: 1) Let's get you in the car - would you like to drive it? It is a very dishonest service center. They made heavy scratches on the body which was not there before. Scratch itself was still fine. The funny part was, service advisor made up the document right after hearing my claim and said, it was there when the car arrived here. (How did I know that? because there were a couple more other scratches and dings on my car which cannot be overlooked if that was a real document based on the real inspection.
