I recently bought a truck with Advantage Ford and i had a really great experience with Ms Kayla, this is the 4 car i bought from her she doesn’t treat me like a costumer, she treated me like a family, she helped me and guide me trough all advices on every single truck model until I found the right one for my needs, so i am so grateful with the Kayla and obviously Ford, THANK YOU!!! I’ve had consistently frustrating experiences with the parts department at Advantage Ford, and at this point I can confidently say it’s the worst in the city. Multiple times now, I’ve called ahead, confirmed the exact parts I need, and still been given the wrong items when I arrive. What makes this even more unacceptable is that I have a long drive into town. I’m not just around the corner, I’m planning my day around these trips. I was at advantage Ford in Calgary today to look at a 2021 Toyota Van Patrick Todd, fleet manager was showing me the van which was supposed to be an excellent condition. Both backseats were broke would not fall down black marks over all the seats, scuffs and scrapes all through the paint at that point I was not interested in the van, but they were doing an appraisal on my 2022 Toyota Corolla SE, which was an excellent condition.
