I mean this truly and honestly with integrity, as a former public servant; this staff and the supervisor seriously need to be investigated and I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this, was an exception.
When I first became a member, I thought they were great. My only issue initially was their location and parking. Recently, I had an issue with some fraud on my account. I have had them reach out for transactions they suspected as fraud and I was happy about that. I felt that they were definitely on their job.
