Went in to order my son some new glasses frames and Lance was so kind and helpful! It was a quick process and I would definitely go back.
Called and made an appointment for today. Showed up for it and they were closed. Office hours on the door even said they were supposed to be open as well. Never got a phone call or text cancelling the appointment, still haven’t heard back for an explanation but I won’t hold my breath. Called Cook Family Eye center and got an appointment there.
Excellent place to get your eyes checked. Doctor is so profesional take time with you, answer your questions. He is present and pay attention to you 100%. Lance is in the reception and he is very kind. He knows how to help you and you feel so comfortable with him. He knows the business and both are Profesionals and have years of experience. I buy my glasses there for 3 consecutive years and I will not change that. There is no other place for me to visit for my eyes prescriptions. They are the best!
