Watch what they charge for parts! Shady and bad customer service.
This is the company that my apartment complex uses for the washer and dryers. If you have an issue with the washers or dryers, OH WELL!!! Because nobody will answer when you email them with a video of how the washing machine left clothes soaking wet, or how the dryers did not dry the load. I emailed them in July, as well as sent reminder emails to no avail. Still waiting. Lucky I didn’t hold my breath.
Went from charging us 1.50 for a wash to 2.00 over night. Horrible people work here.
I am beyond impressed with the customer service focus of every person at Advantage Equipment, Inc. I own a very busy dog boarding kennel which requires a great deal of laundering towels and dog bedding. Purchased 2 Dryers and 1 washer from them for my motel, Extremely happy with them, Don was amazing to work with and made my purchase great! Will highly recommend them!
