Everything went as smooth as can be . The hearing aids I received are working great and all my questions were answered. Great Job
This was my first visit with Dr Wallerius and she was great. She was nice, respectful, answered my questions clearly and educated me on some misunderstandings I had.
They will literally waist your time just to take your money. Waited a month for a dr to see me to send me to another office to see his partner. Why not just set that up to begin with. They sent in a prescription. Was for supposed to be for my nose and ot was eye drops. Didnt give me a machine or anything to use. The lady that was rude on the phone so said get 1. Thats what insurance is supposed to cover and the dr should have subscribed. This place is just terrible for customer service!! Will never go back. Great help!
