Truly, this is the best company and best customer service I have ever received in my life. I had an issue with my machine, which is totally understandable, things break. Within 2 minutes on the phone, I was talking with a service tech, and within 5 minutes he had parts on order and ready to ship to fix the problem under warranty. A 10 minute total phone call to remedy an issue I didn't even know where to start to diagnose. This is a 400/10 company, and without a shadow of a doubt, I will be purchasing through them again.

We deal with a lot of Advantage Engineering equipment at my company, when we call or email Advantage for parts or technical support they always do an EXCELLENT job of taking care of us; I find the Technicians to be very knowledge and willing to help, their staff is always friendly and supportive.
