I normally do not review companies on Google, however - I feel the need to. We purchased a chiller from this company, and from day one - the chiller had nothing but issues. We reached out to this company after hooking up their chiller and they blamed us. We had JM Brennan in, and they confirmed it was nothing that our electrician and/or plumber did wrong. They wrote to this company and no answer. I highly recommend KKT Chillers out of IL, as we have had zero issues and unbelieavble customer support.

Advantage is a great company to buy a chiller from, they go the extra mile to make sure everything is running smoothly. We buy a good amount of chillers from them, yes there's sometimes shipping issues and yes advantage makes everything correct. Sales and Service are very fast and responsive .

Truly, this is the best company and best customer service I have ever received in my life. I had an issue with my machine, which is totally understandable, things break. Within 2 minutes on the phone, I was talking with a service tech, and within 5 minutes he had parts on order and ready to ship to fix the problem under warranty. A 10 minute total phone call to remedy an issue I didn't even know where to start to diagnose. This is a 400/10 company, and without a shadow of a doubt, I will be purchasing through them again.
