Their response to my initial contact was fast, they worked with me from 85 miles away in identifying the problem and what they needed to do to fix it, gave me a fair price, and lived up to all expectations. Their installer Rhett showed up on time, had everything he needed to do the job, including a couple of extra items that he had anticipated I might need from looking at the pictures of the door I had sent, and did a great job. The door works perfectly now and is so much quieter. Well Done!
I am VERY unhappy with Advantage Doors service. First, when they came for the initial repair, they locked my garage door for a week (before they could install the new door) even though they said they fixed the door to go up and down until they could install the new door. I asked them to unlock the door, they never showed up to unlock the door. This company knows how to run a business. They installed a new door for us just after we moved in to our house. They gave me a day and time that they would be there along with a full description of the work they would be doing and how long it would take. The employees that showed up were educated and respectful. After the door was installed they cleaned the floor and removed all debris from the job. The owner even stopped by and inspected the work. Advantage Doors Inc is the best for garage door installation and repair. They are affordable, professional and am so happy that I found their service. Definately recommend if you need to buy a new garage door or need a repair to your garage door. Thank you Chris Walker, you are the best!
The repairman that came out was awesome! He was on time, he was confident in what needed to be done, and he did it. Now, our garage works great! I would highly recommend them.
