I am writing this review to share a significant and costly issue my family experienced with a home built by Alan Hans of Advantage Development. I believe it is important for potential homebuyers to be aware of these concerns. We purchased a home in 2019 built by Mr. Hans in 2012. The house was built decent however after you close and you go to submit warranty, nothing ever gets done they’ll tell you it’s approved schedule a date and then you have to call and harass and harass and still nothing gets done. It’s been a year and a half and I still don’t have screens in my basement windows. This place is a joke you’ve been warned. Don’t use them
Terrible. Friend of mine used them for his house build. He posted these pictures and Alan Hans blocked him. Their construction superintendent Jeff "double checked" everything The pictures speak for themselves.
Just saw how bad of a job they did on my friends house. Yes those are tiles used as shims for the deck...
Will block you on social media if you question the work they do. At least they cant hide google.
