Extremely nice staff and an awesome dentist.
Great dentist felt no pain
I was very disappointed with how my daughter was treated during her visit. After she was numbed, the dentist repeatedly told her to bite down, but she physically could not. Instead of showing patience or explaining what to do, he asked her, “Do you want to stay longer?” When she replied that she was trying, he said he would be back and told us to “teach her how to bite down while she waits.” This comment was rude and disrespectful, especially toward a teenager who was already uncomfortable and doing her best.
