Terrible experience, my 18yo daughter is very strong and has very high pain tolerance and the assistant put her to tears with the XRays, who puts someone to tears with X-rays? That’s how rough and aggressive she was with her mouth. The person who assisted me (a different one) was great. Then they did my daughter’s cleaning but it was so sloppy that the person who did it kept swabbing her with cotton to remove the leftover from the polishing. I was really disappointed by the aggressive approach to my child’s treatment. Placing several caps on teeth with minor cavities without explaining the teeth will need to be shaved down. I don’t know how that could possibly be better than just filling a cavity. Then to have the caps fall of the teeth and the dentist say they could just stay off and not be replaced, leaving the shaved tooth exposed - it was completely disappointing. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sula.. I was nervous going in, but I made the decision to give her full control of the procedure, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Thank you, Dr. Sula! I also want to thank Mrs. Tamika, who kept me calm through it all.. my anxiety was through the roof, and her presence made all the difference. Trust, you’re in great hands with all the ladies here! I now have my permanent crown, and I’m super happy with the results. It looks exactly like my tooth and feels perfectly normal,... read more
