I had previously had a good experience, but today the hygienist, Paula, treated my daughter and made her cry while taking the X-ray; my wife wanted to react to the situation right then and there, I tried not to overreact to the situation, but when it came to the cleaning, she didn't do it properly, and I had to ask another hygienist to do it. I am in my late 50s and have been to dozens of dentists in my lifetime. I do not exaggerate when I say this was the most pleasant dental visits I’ve EVER had! It was my first time here and I actually look forward to going back!
This is great grandmother. Your office did very well with a 21 month old. Hopefully, he will get used to office visits.
