I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I had been waiting for two months for my scheduled dental appointment. When I arrived, the office was unable to find my appointment in the system. I was asked if I had an appointment card, and I explained that I had scheduled the appointment by phone. I was then asked who I spoke with, which I was not expected to remember. I was eventually told that the scheduler must not have booked the appointment properly. Advantage Dental is one of a kind. Their staff is personable but professional, they follow up and I can always get into see them at a reasonable time. Dr Michael Allen is my dentist and he rocks!
