Its taking a long time to get an appointment. I’m a new mom and I spent all morning trying to feed my fussy baby and finally got her to eat, but it was making me late for my appointment. I called to reschedule and they said if I have one more cancellation that they’ll dismiss me and that they couldn’t fit me in for another 8 months. I’d need my second cleaning of the year already by then. I told them I’d just find somewhere else to go and the receptionist just said thank you and hung up.
Dr. Allen and his assistants are wonderful. They are easy to talk to and make you feel comfortable—even in a dentist’s office! The communication among the caregivers is excellent from the moment you pass the front desk. You can really tell they work well together to ensure patients feel informed and at ease.

Dreading going to dentist is my biggest problem, but walking into here made it allot more pleasant. With the friendly customer service up front . And as my name was called I was introduced immediately to my dental assistant who was friendly and knowledgeable. As my Dentist walked in he introduced himself also and let me know if I had any questions or concerns to let him know . So I know I will definitely be going back and getting done what I need and feel comfortable about it…
