They make my daughter’s appointments on days they are closed. Not Professional
Nobody answers the phone or returns calls. I loved this place before advantage took over . My kids actually miss seeing their dentist .
I have carried my son to Sarrell since he was 6 months old. They were wonderful, now Advantage Dental plus bought them and now I have been trying for over a month to get to talk to someone. I have left 7-8 messages with no call back at all. I spoke to someone and they told me to come to office right then to get the form that I needed. We went and the doors were closed with a note stating that the Attalla office is not for emergency appts only. How do you speak with someone NOW.
