I was able to get in the day I called to fix my teeth from an accident. Thank you so much . They were very nice and courteous
The receptionist was very nice and easy to talk to the dentist was very friendly and helpful and experienced
This dentist office is the absolute worst! They scheduled me over 3 months out when I called for an appointment, then called me days before my appointment, cancelled it, and rescheduled me out ANOTHER THREE months later because of their staffing issues. I understand that things happen, but to cancel an appointment I've waited all summer long to have because of their staffing issues and put me at the end of the line shows a complete lack of care and no respect for their customers.
I had a great experience considering it is a dentist. Everyone who works there is very friendly and kind.
My appointment was at 4:00pm. I arrived 10 minutes early. I was taken to the chair, xrayed and then the Doctor came in and proceeded to give me the numbing medication injections…. I won’t lie, they hurt!!! But then I couldn’t feel anything, except for the inside of my mouth. I got more medicine and then I was fine. After a few tugs, and twists, they were both in the tray and I was ready to go home!!! I left the office at 4:30pm, and I had the BEST experience ever in a dentist office!!!!
