The staff here are amazing. Dr. Tawakol made my daughter feel at home. Natasha, Dorothy& Tami are amazing as well. Very sweet and professional people.
I had a wonderful experience here. From the greeting from Natasha and Dorothy upon arrival and once again at checkout, to Tami getting me prepped to seeing Dr. Kopko. I’m especially grateful because I’m traveling and they were able to have me seen very quickly for tooth pain. I have a huge dental fear and they were all so patient and understanding through my whole appointment. I really appreciate Pensacola’s Advantage Dental+ location!!
This was my 3rd visit and it felt like it was my first. When I tell you everybody knows your name! They greet you by your name and everyone seems to enjoy their job. The staff is nice and very informative when it comes to your dental care. I have been through 3 dentist and I have finally found the one for my family. It's hard to find a good one after a military move. I would recommend them to my other Mil spouses. They are kid friendly as well and that's a big plus for me.
We had a wonderful experience at this dental office today. Everyone on the staff was kind, professional. A special thank you to Ms. Natasha at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive. Even though our visit took a long time and we had many questions, she made us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process.
My visit was amazing 🤩 thanks to Ms. Alexis! She was so helpful, calm, nice and friendly to me made everything go by fast and smooth. Thank you again Alexis, I highly recommend! Excellent service.
