I have been going to this dentist for a long time but now I GIVE UP I waited 3+ months for this appointment after they cancel my last one so I had to reschedule now they want to cancel me again I had about enough I am going to find another dentist which I did and not saying who but they can get me in right away not 3 or 4 months down the line not happy!
That service of Advantage Dental is simply wonderful! I felt safe and comfortable with Dr. Scholls, and Craig who relines dentures. There is an old woman scheduler who is rude, asking me to leave the office when I went in in person to reschedule an appointment. She does not call back on voicemails left in the office for appointments or rescheduling. Maybe time to retire??
Impossible to make an appointment. You have to call to make one, but they never pick up the phone, make you leave your name and number and then never get back to you. I’ve called almost ten times in the last 2 months and still no response 👍
