Dr. Christian Watson was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. His cleaning assistant was also outstanding. She was kind, encouraging, and gave me great advice on how to better care for my teeth and overall oral health. Excellent service both doctor and assistant have a great teamwork . They are very nice and friendly. Also the desk are friendly and helpful . I recommend this advantage Dental.
Well, they got the tooth out. And I basically got told to be quiet while yelling in pain. I have a high pain tolerance, let me say that. But I think they maybe numbed in the wrong spot or something. They did try numbing me a second time, but then didn't wait to see if it kicked in before tugging at the tooth again. I don't like ending dentist appointments sobbing, but I did here!!!
Excellent customer service!!! The staff here was very friendly and professional!!! The whole experience was one of the best dental experiences I have ever had!!! Got me in, fixed and out within 45 minutes. Thank you all!!!
