They cremated my mom’s wedding and engagement ring with her body, after the 2 gentleman that picked her up from her home took her body after she passed. I was super stressed because we could not get them off her finger. The one assured me we would get the rings back, and then lied to the director stating he “would never say something like that”. The accusations are hurtful to our business and our employees who take pride in the themselves. We were called by the hospice care nurse at 3:02 AM on 12/4/2020. When I lost my son, I was devastated. I was unable to leave Tennessee to go to Ohio and make arrangements for him but Advantage Cremation was wonderful in helping me get everything done in order to get him home. They are very caring, wonderful people. Thank you for being there for me.
The most amazing and compassionate people . They assisted me though every step during a most difficult time. I can not thank them enough for their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone .
