Ashley got me out of a very high APR down to 5.05 % on my car. From our initial conversation she showed concern and confidence that ACU could do better. When I drove to Newton to finalize the deal she had everything ready. She even showed me the check she was sending to the previous company. Been a member for years, also I like that the members own Advantage Credit Union. They have nice and friendly people working there.
Any bank that charges any kind of overdraft fees is obviously not customer friendly and thus, not recommended. They’re always more than happy to charge your biggest transaction before the smaller ones on any given day to ensure they’re milking that sweet $27 off each and every one of your micro transactions. Because they earned it right?
Ashley helped us refinance my auto loan and saved me a TON!! She was knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the process and options. She also extended her loan knowledge when we go to purchase a new vehicle. I highly recommend Ashley and Advantage Credit Union!
