Botched replacement of central air system by breaking the gas line to the furnace. Never came back and replaced it after months despite being contacted. Heat has never worked. Also botched installing a Nest thermostat and gave up, leaving the thermostat from the old system in place. Shoddy work and responsiveness.
Can’t say enough about how great this team is! They are extremely fast, responsive and professional!
Called at 8 am tech. Arrived at 8.45 and job finished by 9. 30 very happy with service
Paid about 5k + for a new AC unit last year. Was told we got warranty. Less than a year later they come to fix it “under warranty” so it should have been free. and then they end up replacing a part WITHOUT my authority or knowledge. So I end up with a bill for something small I could have fixed myself AND that still should have been under warranty in the first place.
