I should of posted a 5-Star review months ago after the first time I used them, so impressed with the customer service that I went back a second time for another SGI claim & my vehicle was close to being written off both times, they did whatever they could to keep it from being written off, everything (and it was alot) that was fixed is working great and looks great. My car's roof was damaged from a parkade door and I brought it to Advantage for the SGI claim since they're close to work. Their communication skills were not great. After my cost appraisal, they just handed me my keys (I now know other shops give you a breakdown, how long it might take for parts, repair time, etc.), but I felt like I had to ask questions just to get basic info and understand what the process would be. Was in a situation with my truck. Window regulator broke. I park outside. Got me in quick, did a temporary repair until part came in. They try really hard to do their best and they do. It’s evident. I will refer my friends and family.
