Forgot to disclose 40% of the property we bought is a FEMA non incrotchment. Didn't disclose 8 inch repair of a community drain 80 feet into the property. Didn't disclose a community drain 50 feet south of the non incrotchment. All this is called fraud. Buyer be aware
