My wife rented a very nice and very clean Ford Explorer from Nawa at the 4730 Sheppard Avenue location. Rental was hassle free. She's already intending to rent again from Advantage for Labour Day long-weekend.
I am local to Advantage Car rental and have been renting every year for the past three years. It has always been my intention to support local business. I reserved a 7 passenger vehicle one month ahead. I received multiple courtesy calls 2 days before pickup. I failed to answer to which I apologize. Life got in the way? On Pickup day the business was swamped with calls and visitors. My vehicle was not available and I was told I would have to wait 20 min. Because vehicle was offsite and would need to brought over.
