I used Mark for a home inspection and he saved me thousands. He found a 2nd attic from fire damage that nobody knew about that caused a lot of challenges. You should always use an inspector when purchasing a home. I would highly recommend Mark. He was extremely professional and detail oriented.

So Mark inspected the house we're buying. Did a very efficient job, produced a detailed report very quickly. But when I noticed shingle damage on the roof of the home I have to sell, he came right over, because he's a really nice guy, and told me a repair job was needed, not a new roof.
