I'm extremely impressed! I ordered 11 custom silk embroidered robes for myself, bridesmaids, personal attendants, and moms. Everything was exactly as ordered and the shipping was really fast! I had to change something on one of the robes and customer service was very quick to response (and got my change correct). Would highly recommend!

I ordered 2 "just married" beach towels and a personalized terry robe for my daughter who is getting married in May. When the packages arrived, the robe was satin instead of terry and beautifully embroidered. I called expecting the usual prompts, press 1 for this, 2 for that etc. Surprisingly, Erika answered the phone pleasantly and professionally which was the first indicator of the outstanding customer service!!
