Left with a bad taste in my mouth. Was looking to help my daughter buy a car, but we left there in disgust. I don't understand how they stay in business while treated customers so poorly. Maybe it was just a bad day?
AWESOME PLACE!!! – This place is really awesome. They are super busy and I can see why now. This dealership really goes the extra mile to keep their customers happy. They believe in always doing the right thing. I will continue to do business with them and trust them very much!!!
Great people – Justin is extremely good...a pleasure to deal with.
They were exceptional! – Rusty was my service advisor. He is great!! Everyone was just great! I have used other BMW dealers for service but your dealer by far is truly exceptional! I will recommend to everyone.
Truly accommodating – It is great that I am able to drop off my car, get a loaner, and not worry about a thing! Love it!
Exemplary business – Always have a great experience - it
Truly exceptional! – I had a truly exceptional experience, I never thought buying a car could be that easy, a billion times better experience than my last two BMW purchases else where
oh the headache – for the last 3 years i have had my lease car in every 6 weeks. they have lost it, (meaning someone else was out driving my car) never have the parts and that includes tires and have to keep it for 3-5 days, never have a loaner and treat you like the gum all over the sidewalk outside the doors. i would rather be run over by a bus than ever run into advantage. thanks bmw for the ultimate driving hell!
