The person who answered the phone was very friendly and efficient. I used the downtown mpls location. The glass technician, Austin, was also great. I was at work while he fixed my window and he had excellent communication. He took care of the window quickly and it worked perfectly. I should note that their prices were the lowest I could find in the area, and they were able to come to the site and fix the problem the next day after calling them. I was on vacation in Minnesota and had my windshield smashed from hail. I needed it replaced as soon as possible. Berkley was the technician and Advantage Auto Glass came to my hotel and replaced the glass on site. This was a huge help so I didn’t have to wait with my family at the shop. The job was completed with no issues in about an hour. They were able to get it done the following business day as well which was a huge help. 5 stars.
