Very professional company with experienced staff. The broker has also been a licensed attorney for over 35 years in Texas, which gave me a lot of confidence.
This is the worst company to lease from. When we moved in, most of the lights were burnt out, the upstairs ac didn't work, you could see outside from the space by the doors which was never completely fixed. Many times we asked them to fix things and it never got done. Then they want to keep our deposit for carpet that was crap when we moved in and even documented upon move in? Beware! Will be contacting our attorney.
