I reached out to Bryan for step up appraisals on a commercial and a residential property. He notified me that he only does residential so referred me to someone that does both. So, I never got to work with him, but, he clearly could have done half the transaction, and chose to do what would be easier for me, rather than better for him. Certainly a super honest and good person that deserves your business.
