Bryan was excellent, he helped guide me through my appraisal process, and understand my questions of how to approach this part of home ownership, if I ever need a appraisal for the future for a family estate etc. he would be the guy too call, and know your in good professional hands.
I reached out to Bryan for step up appraisals on a commercial and a residential property. He notified me that he only does residential so referred me to someone that does both. So, I never got to work with him, but, he clearly could have done half the transaction, and chose to do what would be easier for me, rather than better for him.
