We used Advantage Appraisals to appraise a house we inherited. Bryan was easy to work with and very professional. We would recommend him to anyone needing an appraisal in the Sierra foothills and surrounding areas.
Bryan was excellent, he helped guide me through my appraisal process, and understand my questions of how to approach this part of home ownership, if I ever need a appraisal for the future for a family estate etc. he would be the guy too call, and know your in good professional hands.
I reached out to Bryan for step up appraisals on a commercial and a residential property. He notified me that he only does residential so referred me to someone that does both. So, I never got to work with him, but, he clearly could have done half the transaction, and chose to do what would be easier for me, rather than better for him. Certainly a super honest and good person that deserves your business.
I contacted Bryan regarding a retro appraisal for estate tax purposes. Communication was excellent and a thorough job was completed in a timely manner.
I had a great experience with Bryan! He completed a retrospective date-of-death appraisal on two properties in Sacramento and made the process easy from start to finish. Bryan was fair, knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to explain his evaluation, which was really helpful. He will be the first person I call next time I need an appraisal. Quick turnaround and excellent service. Highly recommend!
