I typically don’t post bad reviews however this appraiser was so rude and unprofessional to me and my business partner I felt it was necessary to give feedback. He went out to the property for the appraisal and was in a rush because he was going on vacation. The comparables used seemed like he did not do his true due diligence. Long story short, I would not recommend using them.
This appraisal company is not even worth one star . The staff is rude when you call to ask questions let alone the supervisor / owner has no urgency to get any reports out when the buyer is on a timeline . Frank’s knowledge of values of homes in the McAllen area is to be questioned . My recommendation is simple . Treat people with respect and understand their needs by getting reports out on time and accurately . I have had many appraisers look at franks reports and questioned his ability to value homes appropriately .
