I was expecting a straightforward vent cleaning job that might take a couple of hours, and they did wrap up in about an hour and a half after coordinating smoothly with building management beforehand. Called this place - some woman answered (potentially a call center). I asked her if it’s the location or the call center and she hung up. Then the next call said, this number is no longer in service. If this is how it starts….
