I contacted Advantage Air after my AC unit stopped working unexpectedly even though it was only about 2 years old. From the initial call to Nicole who coordinated services my experience was exceptional. Nicole was always easy to get ahold of, was an excellent communicator, followed up on scheduling and other details related to the repair, and was very organized. Fantastic experience! Our a/c died on a Thursday night. On a recommendation from a builder (and parent at our school), I called Advantage Air. Leroy and Nicole were great to work with. Nicole had set us up with an appointment for the following Monday morning. Not the best news, but it's late April and not quite HOT, so we'd survive.
