My HVAC system was replaced last summer at a reasonable cost, and it worked fine. Recently a gas leak developed. I've tried to call; I've tried to email; I even left a message on Facebook. I get no response. The emails bounce, and voice mailbox is full. I'm writing a bad review in hopes that someone will contact me. If I can just get a response I will gladly fix this review. I wonder if they were hit by a deportation crises. If so, it was a sad loss to the community.

I contacted Advantage Air after my AC unit stopped working unexpectedly even though it was only about 2 years old. From the initial call to Nicole who coordinated services my experience was exceptional. Nicole was always easy to get ahold of, was an excellent communicator, followed up on scheduling and other details related to the repair, and was very organized.
