I've been using Advantage Air for years, and received a mixed bag with their service. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been a complete disaster. Their technicians have been unable to diagnose and fix recurring issues with my AC unit, despite multiple visits. To make matters worse, their recent repairs have caused property damage. Its between 85-90 degrees in my house still when set to 74. after 5 service calls or more. I lost count. And lost my money. Had to pick my mother up off the floor 3 times in a day because the heat in the house AFTER MULTIPLE SERVICE CALLS is too much for her and these "people" showed up and never fixed the issue with my ac.
The staff seems friendly and educational but it’s been extremely time consuming dealing with these people. The coil leaked and we ended up switching out the entire system. During installation of the new system, one of the workers sat down on the drywall and broke it. OK. It happens. I get it. But these guys have taken weeks and weeks to get out here and patch the hole after we kept bugging them. I had recently been under medical care and my AC had stopped running the temperature in the home was 88 degrees and I needed help.
