Working with Advantage air conditioning was a big mistake!! I bought an AC unit from these guys because the ad sticker was in my garage. I wish I had never done that. They installed a 2.5-ton unit in 2024 for me. A few months later, my tenant called to say the temperature was high. I contacted these guys—they came, cleaned the drain pipe, and charged me $210.63 for the cleaning that should have happened during installation! This company calls me for my home a/c service appointment informing that it is due. After setting up an appointment date and time, they called me at a random time when I’m at work asking if they can show up and perform the service. I inform them that I’m at work and can make it only at agreed appointment time. I then leave work (an hour drive) for this purpose and am waiting for 45 minutes for someone to show up for service. I've been using Advantage Air for years, and received a mixed bag with their service. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been a complete disaster. Their technicians have been unable to diagnose and fix recurring issues with my AC unit, despite multiple visits. To make matters worse, their recent repairs have caused property damage. Its between 85-90 degrees in my house still when set to 74. after 5 service calls or more. I lost count. And lost my money. Had to pick my mother up off the floor 3 times in a day because the heat in the house AFTER MULTIPLE SERVICE CALLS is too much for her and these "people" showed up and never fixed the issue with my ac.
