I am very sorry to post this review and being very upset too. I come for my car maintainence that I pre paid when I bought the car. I would agree with others that this dealership lacks a humongous bad customer service in sales and service both. I arrived early thinking that online portal shows me several appointments available before mine, I was checked in well and was said will talke almost 1hr and 45 mins to comolete- oil change, tire rotation, allingment and other regular check ups. Talk about horrible customer service! I bought a used Jeep and extended service contract from this dealership last October. There is an issue with the service contract due to them not properly recording changes to the vehicle by the previous owner. It’s been a full week and I can’t get Nobel or anyone else there to call me back and tell me what is happening or how they are going to help fix this mistake. I had an appointment scheduled for the morning of 11/25. The appointment had been scheduled for weeks. It was for a safety recall that had been open for almost a year, and they finally had the parts. I asked when I scheduled the appointment how long it would take, I was told 1 full day at the latest. I gave a 2-day buffer. I dropped the car off on the morning of 11/25, I told them it needed to be done by Wednesday evening as I was going out of town on Thursday morning and needed my car.
