Work was performed in advance of estimated time and done well. Also had the premium detailing which was outstanding!
I had an appointment scheduled for the morning of 11/25. The appointment had been scheduled for weeks. It was for a safety recall that had been open for almost a year, and they finally had the parts. I asked when I scheduled the appointment how long it would take, I was told 1 full day at the latest. I gave a 2-day buffer. I dropped the car off on the morning of 11/25, I told them it needed to be done by Wednesday evening as I was going out of town on Thursday morning and needed my car. Had a great experience. John was awesome. Car is still perfect after over a year.
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I brought my car in for an oil change and got it back with tons of paint chips and scratches in the paint. Called and they told me they wont do anything to fix it. I washed the vehicle myself 2 days prior by hand and did not see these chips so the excuse they used that “the paint was already chipped” makes no sense. I am now on the hook for a paint shop bill due to this negligence.
When dropping your car off for service, particularly in the morning, you'll wait for 30-45 minutes just to be checked-in. In addition, the check-in process takes 7-10 minutes per customer. I can no longer do business with this establishment as they clearly do not value their customers' time. I had to make an appointment at Westmont and be serviced there. Although Westmont is not as conveniently located as this one, they (Westmont) will continue to get my business because their customer service is 70%-85% better than the Nape... read more
