Andrae is a very knowledgeable massage therapist. I came to him due to an injury I occurred (Strained SI joint) that had me unable to do my job as a trainer. The pain level was very high. He was able to help me by bringing down the pain to a manageable level along side my Chiropractor. His assessment, treatment and exercise tips made my recovery efficient. I’ve been going to this gym with a fantastic personal trainer, Deanna, since 2022. The reason I wouldn’t go anywhere else is because of the diversity of ages. There are trainers that specialise coaching younger people for sports-related training. I’m a grey hair and I'm so comfortable here because of the amount of others like me. But don’t worry there are folks in all age groups. Come take a look and see if it’s a fit for you.
