Andrae is a very knowledgeable massage therapist. I came to him due to an injury I occurred (Strained SI joint) that had me unable to do my job as a trainer. The pain level was very high. He was able to help me by bringing down the pain to a manageable level along side my Chiropractor. His assessment, treatment and exercise tips made my recovery efficient. I’ve been going to this gym with a fantastic personal trainer, Deanna, since 2022. The reason I wouldn’t go anywhere else is because of the diversity of ages. There are trainers that specialise coaching younger people for sports-related training. I’m a grey hair and I'm so comfortable here because of the amount of others like me. But don’t worry there are folks in all age groups. Come take a look and see if it’s a fit for you.
The owner does not maintain the facilities. Nothing on the trainers. They are not employees but independent. The facilities needs an upgrade. Broken machines, equipment are torn and ripped, lack of sanitation equipment (and often goes missing. They also use cloth rags instead of paper towels. I don't even know if they replace the rags or wash them). I also know they don't clean regularly. I saw the same brown dirt stain on the carpet for days.
