I had a great experience with Andrae. The massage was very relaxing, and it really helped loosen up the knots and tension in my muscles. Andrae was professional and attentive. I would definitely recommend Andrae!

A hidden gem of a gym and athletic therapy combo in Markham. If you’re looking for knowledgeable and down to earth trainers and a chiropractor that emphasizes muscle strength and recovery, this is the place.
Andrae is a very knowledgeable massage therapist. I came to him due to an injury I occurred (Strained SI joint) that had me unable to do my job as a trainer. The pain level was very high. He was able to help me by bringing down the pain to a manageable level along side my Chiropractor. His assessment, treatment and exercise tips made my recovery efficient.
