They'll up charge and blame it on the fine print. Claims shuttle runs every 15 minutes, but had us waiting for 2 hrs. Buyer avoid at all costs

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT rent from Advantage. They have held my $400 security deposit for almost a month now and it is almost impossible to get in touch with them. They have told me twice that the refund would be in my account the next day, and I still do not have my security deposit back. I think they are running a scam.
The transportation to/from the rental center was in a van with no air conditioning. The price at pickup for the car was significantly higher than when I reserved the car, over $400 more. Near the end of my rental period, the clerk at the desk called me several times triggering the safety/emergency override on my phones do not disturb settings while I was taking an important exam.
