Big waste of time, do not recommend this agency or office. I was with them for 6 years, and the customer service I received when trying to cancel was awful. Agent Jeffrey told me I had to make a two-hour round trip to cancel in person and wouldn't help me over the phone, leading to several frustrating back-and-forth calls.
