What the hell this is just a house. Lol
I set up an appointment with them for a mold inspection. Quote was $150. Day of inspection I get a call and the person said it was $300 for inspection and they would have to do mold sampling that would be at least $300 more. Needless to say I canceled my appointment. -Follow up: I guess you never know which advantaclean you are calling because I tried calling denver metro and they aren't allowed to come to our location. As close to a scam as anything. AdvantaClean will hand you an exorbitant bid with the expectation that your insurance will cover everything. I also question the company's integrity. I was told on the phone by Tony that the $250 emergency service fee would be waived if I selected them to do the work - not true (I never asked for emergency service in the first place as this was during regular business hours).
