We worked with Bill, who was recommended by my real estate agent. I was closing on a house the following week, and suddenly the lender's assessor and underwriting team needed an inspection for possible moisture. I was happy with the work performed by Advantaclean. I did the extra step of having a 3rd party Environmental Professional check their work, and there were a few things that needed to be touched up, which is why I gave them 4 stars. Based on my research, 50% of remediations fail the first time. But the workers were very good at communicating, and did everything I asked, as I had some specific instructions that were not typical. I bought a home knowing there was mold issues in the attic and basement. AdvantaClean had the best reviews so I gave them a call. Came out right away to inspect and quoted me for services shortly after. Scheduled remediation and the crew was so respectful and efficient. Project took two days and I noticed a HUGE difference in air quality right away. I’ll always recommend AdvantaClean!
