AdvantaClean was responsive, professional, and very thorough. When I bought my new home I realized there was water damage that had caused mold throughout the crawlspace, and the lack of a vapor barrier was not helping. Their team quickly inspected the crawlspace and gave a quote that we used in credit negotiations. They were accommodating with my schedule and came right out to start. Estimate was for remediation of mold and scheduled for 3 days. Crew of 2 people showed up in a professional van. Six hours later they were gone leaving me very unhappy with an incomplete job. I inquired to their HO when the job would resume to be told they were done. Nice worker Michelle showed up to see why we thought the job wasn't done. She worked a solid additional 4-5 hours. John, the estimator, is very professional to explain what kind of remedy I need and also made other reccommendation for overall all improvement. Based on lab test on molding, the issues are with hyphal elements and mudd from a 20's year old house. there is no concern of mold or heatlhy issue up in the attics. One trusted contractor I know has also warned me the return of investment for such unnecessary cleanup if it is expensive. Attics is really an outdoor environment, unlike crawl space. Oscar and his team showed up on time and graciously let me know that I had two HVAC systems, not one -- my fault! -- and put me in touch with his manager to get a reasonable re-quote for cleaning out both HVAC/air duct systems. Oscar's team worked steadily and efficiently to complete the work in 4 hours (estimated 4-6 hrs)...and now no one sneezes when the heat/A/C turns on! :) Appreciated Oscar's professionalism and cleanliness while working inside the house (17 vents/3 returns).
