Beautiful awning. Ordered initially from Home Depot. We did reach out with a question about the bracket and flipping it the other direction to accommodate our window- prior to purchase and they were helpful in answering. Very quiet motor. Great addition to our deck. Glad I went this way versus a pergola that would be questionable with the higher winds we sometimes get.
We bought a 12' electric awning and absolutely love it. We got the luxury model and found it to be very heavy duty. We also purchased the wind sensor from their shop as well. Advaning is a lot less money than the well known competitors. Customer service is top notch with this company!

We ordered the 14' awning and it was intimidating at first. Once unpacking everything it only took me about an hour to install. It is beautiful and easy to use. My wife is very happy so my life is good. Highly recommend.
