I had numerous treatments in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber due to a sudden medical condition. There is a limited window of time for a chance of recovery with my condition, but Sherry and Rebecca in the front office were wonderful in getting me in right away to begin treatments. I went to wound care today and explained my rather unusual situation. They were understanding, professional and did not rush through the exam. The waiting room was clean and open. The ladies behind the desk friendly and I was able to check in and out without a hitch. Thanks My second time with these people, they got me in quick for an emergency, however, they showed me how unkind they really are. Was with Dr Lindsey and staff for a year. Had complications from a bad fall plus lymphedema . They go above and beyond!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The genuine care I received during my initial appointment was amazing. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by the sweetest receptionist. Then the nurse April that took care of me and the doctor who also was in the room! Thank you for all your professionalism and attentiveness!!!!
