I am reluctant to do this because I am writting from a professional office. I want to refer a patient and no messages can be left!! Patient care is important and so is answering the phone or redirecting potential patients.
They will not pick up their phones and when they do they act like they can't hear you. Then they hang up and when you call back then put the phones on Block.
They refused service for my father after providing it twice before. We feel betrayed. I didn’t even know health care providers can do it. But I guess it is all about money for them, and they just give up on old people suffering from diabetes. Shame!
