Went in2020, tried to heal my wound but it was from the inside out finally had surgery. Now I had surgery in 2026. I'll let you know what to do and NOT to do... text me..
My mom was left in a chair on multiple occasions for over an hour just waiting to be seen. Also my mom's foot was almost fully healed when they did Debridement causing further injury we are now with another provider and my mom's healing after 3 months good here
Potential patients should be aware that if you visit this wound care office your insurance will be billed for a hospital visit every time, even though the center is located in an office building. Hospital visit charges are in the thousands of dollars, so your copay will be very large compared to another wound care center not affiliated with a hospital. I didn't not know this beforehand and I want to make the reader aware. Staff and doctors are very nice.
The absolute slowest play you will EVER go! Intend to be there no matter what 3 hours at least!!! Even better stay ALL DAY...... The care is good just SLOW as hell
Dr. Sapp and his staff has been awesome through my healing from 11/08/2023 to 02/06/2024. They did a great job!!!!!
