I visited Dr. Michelle today for the first time. She was so so sweet. She was very patient and friendly and definitely one of the best doctors I came across here in the US. I also appreciate her staff Kimberly for being so patient with me. Wish both of them the very best!! :)
Dr. Reyes is great but every appointment I’ve had there always has been running late by 30-90 minutes. The staff is rude and seem disinterested in working there. Would recommend for the doctor but not the service
Called asked if they take new patients lady on the phone literally said “ it depends on your insurance” I hung up immediately knowing that means the middle finger to me if I have Medicaid.
I am thrilled to have found this clinic. Dr. Heintges is personable, attentive and astute. She has helped me with general healthcare as well as typical women's health issues. Top that off with the fact that every visit starts at the EXACT time of my appointment. No waiting!
