I was referred for recurrent infections however, when I continued to have these recurrent infections I was told to go to prompt care as they did not have availability (for months this would occur, I get pregnant ppl are priority but shouldn’t be at the detriment of my care). Prompt care diagnosed the infection however it still took this facility 6 months to acknowledge that diagnosis— mandating their own testing(the exact same test). Dr Baja is great, but she wasn’t able to see me so I had to see nurse Brittany. I m experiencing severe peri menopause symptoms that are negatively affecting my quality of life. Brittney is clearly not educated on peri menopause and that’s ok, but instead of gaslighting me and telling me I m too young and my levels are normal she should have said I m sorry I m not educated. Dr Emm and Brittney King are AMAZING! My previous OB office was horrible and blew me off my entire pregnancy and postpartum. I came to this office and Brittney King and Dr Emm immediately helped me and found me some relief. Front staff, nurses, and Dr Emm is always respectful and willing to help. Definitely recommend this office.
The doctors here almost killed me. I continuously complained of abnormal symptoms in my pregnancy. Had severe nausea, dizziness, and many others. Dr. O told me repetitively they were normal signs of pregnancy, THEY WERE NOT. Dr. O also took a trip out of the country the week of my due date and did not notify me at all he was going. I visited with Dr. Emm once and she told me “i carried my children till 42 weeks, you are fine.” I had severe preeclampsia and almost died.
