I’ve been seeing Jackie for HRT therapy. My last visit was January 22 of 2026.. Had conversation of how I was feeling and medication was increased. It is now February 19 and I’ve still been having issues which I’ve gotten worse. Primary doctor ordered labs which came back good, Ask Jackie to run labs and was denied. She refuses to order labs.. Front desk staff were speaking about other patients (who were on hold on the phone) in such a cruel, derogatory way that it brought tears to my eyes. Gynecological visits are vulnerable. The environment at this office is not professional or safe for patients. Front desk staff made no effort to conceal their behavior, therefore this must be the environment condoned by the physicians and midwives of the practice.
I have never felt less cared about by a provider. I went in and had to try and convince my doctor why I wanted to not have children. As soon as my provider walked in the room she didn’t ask how I was doing or why I was in. She IMMEDIATELY said, “Hey girl, I don’t want to do this operation on you,” without asking my past history or any pertinent information.
