Patient beware: I’ve gone here for five years— very clean facilities, very nice staff. The time spent waiting for the doctor or the NP to come back and visit you is unacceptable. I had an 8:30 appointment. The nurse left the room for me to put the gown on at 8:25. By 9:00 I was still not seen. If you have plenty of time to burn, maybe this is the place for you. I’m looking elsewhere (and I normally don’t post negative reviews).
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kowalski and the care I received throughout my hysterectomy journey. From my first appointment to my recovery, she was caring, compassionate, understanding, and always took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. The entire experience was phenomenal. I see Brittany Ziller at the Oakland location. She always provides comprehensive, respectful care - gives me time and pays attention to what I'm saying when I have concerns or questions For a busy office, I never feel rushed or made to feel like my time isn't valuable to the care team.
